Delivery Policy

Pallets Delivery requires a time frame of 3 working days from the day the customer has paid for the goods and paid for the carriage. The standard carriage for one (1) pallet is £45 which is inclusive of VAT, this is for one pallet which does not exceed the weight of 1,000 kgs. The customer will be informed at the time if it exceed one pallet (1,000kgs.) addition charges will be calculated and paid for by the customer.

For faster, designated time service (special delivery service), the customer must inform the company at time of purchase and to pay the additional charges and it will be handled accordingly. All carriage charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

The customer must raise a claim for any damaged goods receipt within 3 working days from date of receipt of goods. Damaged goods must be returned to our premises: Vermeulens, Horton Road, Stanwell Moor, Staines TW19 6AE. On inspection of damaged goods if found that it is genuinely damage whilst transport, we will provide replacement for such goods, or in the case that the product bought has been sold out completely then a refund will be given.

We check each and every boxes of tiles very carefully prior to re-packing onto pallet for delivery. No tiles are despatched without checking.

Return / Refund Policy

On receipt of the goods the customer have 3 working days to raise a claim or a complaint, all such claims must be submitted by writing by email or by fax with the customers signature with time and date specified. In the case that the customer wish to return the tiles, the customer will be responsible for return it to our premises at his own expenses to Vermeulens, Horton Road, Stanwell Moor, Staines TW19 6AE, a 25% restocking charge will apply for all goods return, a credit note will then be issued and refund will take place after 7 days from receipt of goods. There is no return or exchange on special price items or end of the line items, it will be specified on invoice at time of purchase.icy

The company" means MegaTiles UK.

1. The company's catalogues, price list and other advertising material shall not form any part of any contract between buyer and company. Any price quotation by the company or its agents or employees shall be deemed to be for the purpose of information only and shall not constitute an offer to sell.
2. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. The company reserves the right to increase the invoice price with any additional cost arising from any increase in the cost of acquiring the goods between the quotation date and the date on which the invoice is issued.
3. The company must be notified within 24 hours of collection of any claims by the buyer of any shortage or damage to goods. Risk in respect of the goods passes to the buyer from the moment of collection.
4. Shading is an inherent quality of tiles and the buyer must order the correct quantity for its requirements as the company cannot guarantee against crazing.
5. As the number of tiles per square yard and square meter is nominal, the buyer will be responsible for ensuring sufficient quantity of tiles are ordered to cover the required area.
6. Customer should retain some spare tiles for future use in case of any problem occurs after building work is completed and that problem should occur at a later stage. We will not be able to guarantee that the same batch with the same color will be available. It is advisable to keep at least 1 meter square of spare tiles for future use.
7. Orders cannot be cancelled except with the company's consent and upon the terms which will indemnify the company against all loss incurred by such cancellation.
8. Orders are accepted and promises for delivery given conditionally upon our being able to secure the necessary material, and without responsibility for delays arising through risks and uncertainties of manufacture, strike, accidents, or other causes beyond our control.
9. All invoices will be dated when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, all amounts are strictly net. In the event the payment is not made by the date specified, we reserve the right to recover from the buyer interest at the rate of 5% above Lloyds TSB Bank base rate in existence at the time. Interest shall be payable from the original due date until the payment is made.
10. The tiles remains the property of Megatiles if payment has not been made in full, Megatiles reserves the right to reclaim the tiles.
11. Failure to comply with the terms of payment will result in the withdrawal of credit facilities and all outstanding sums will become payable forthwith, including any applicable interest.
12. The supply of goods does not mean that they are suitable for a specific installation. We can only be held responsible for any failure on products supplied by us, to the extent that the manufacturer of such products is prepared to guarantee the same. No tiles are guaranteed against crazing.
13. Orders are accepted subject to being invoiced at prices ruling at the time when ordered. Prices are subject to alteration without notice.
14. The company cannot, under any circumstances entertain any financial demands from the customer for late or incorrect delivery.
