After transaction has been approved and completed we will immediately delete all such financial details. Our company will not store any (credit or debit card, security numbers) we will not make records of such details, they will also be deleted on completion of transactions.

Return / Refund Policy
On receipt of the goods the customer have 3 working days to raise a claim or a complaint, all such claims must be submitted by writing by email or by fax with the customers signature with time and date specified. In the case that the customer wish to return the tiles, the customer will be responsible for return it to our premises at his own expenses to Vermeulens, Horton Road, Stanwell Moor, Staines TW19 6AE, a 25% restocking charge will apply for all goods return, a credit note will then be issued and refund will take place after 7 days from receipt of goods. There is no return or exchange on special price items or end of the line items, it will be specified on invoice at time of purchase.
