Can I return any unused tiles? |

Yes, within 14 days we accept tiles back (except those that are special order) or on sale and in full boxes as purchased and with proof of original purchase only. |

Are the tiles stock items – how long for delivery? |

| Our main trade is to supply to other retail shops and contractors, most tiles displayed on the web site on special offers are carried in stock and are available within 3 working days. Special order items take up to 3-5 working days. Imported products may take between 8 - 12 weeks. Bulk order (container load) is available within 75 days. Please check with our sales department prior to placing order on stock availability |

Could I tile onto a wooden floor? |

| Yes, but the floor must be overlaid with marmox type boarding or an alternative similar product. Flexible adhesive and flexible grout must be used. |

How do you cut tiles made from natural products e.g. marble, slate, or porcelain tiles? |

Natural products and porcelain tiles need to be cut with a suitable wet wheel cutter, with a diamond blade. |

Could I buy single tiles or do I have to purchase complete boxes? |

Yes, you can buy single tiles except for Crystal tiles (patterns only) which comes in sets.(Single tile designs also available) |

Do you deliver and if so is there a charge? |

| There will be a delivery charge which will be quoted at the time of purchase and depending on the location where the delivery has to be made |

Do you accept credit cards? |

| All major credit/debit cards are acceptable including American Express. We do accept credit card over the phone but we will only deliver goods to the address registered on the card with a delivery charge and to be signed on delivery. |

Do you give free samples? |

Generally No, as most tiles come in pre-packed cartons. We do have some cut up samples which can be supplied free if available. |

I supply the measurements could you calculate the area for me? |

Yes, our staff will advise customers of the quantity required, including adhesive and grout. Measurements can be supplied in feet and inches or in meters. |

Can I collect tiles from your warehouse? |

| Yes, since we have closed our retail outlet in Wembley and now located in Stanwell Moor, our top slogan PICK PAY & GO, you select your tile, pay and pick up there and then. All stock are stored in the same location. |

Can Tools and accessories be returned? |

Yes, but only if they have not been used and are in the same condition as when purchased and with proof of purchase. |

Can I return adhesive, grout & other cleaning material? |
| |
You can only return adhesives/grout & other cleaning material if it is in its original unopened packaging and undamaged and within the time limit of 14 days. We will not accept adhesives/grout if staff believes that they are weather damaged. |
